TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All contracted services must be paid for before the event as the last step for confirmation.
Valencia Conference Centre will begin organising your orders once they have been paid for, which is why it
is important to respect the dates given in the information on your EVENT. Remember that orders placed
after the given date will have a 25% additional charge applied to them.
Price shown for services are without VAT. VAT (21%) will be added on the invoice.
The total cost of the contracted services will be charged to your credit card. The copy of payment and the
bill will be sent by email. Valencia Conference Centre only VISA or MASTERCARD as payment methods.
