Select the Event and number of the stand 

Dear exhibitor,
 
In the Events tab, , you'll find important information on dates and times for assembly and disassembly of the commercial exhibition, and also the date from which a 25% additional charge will be applied to your order.
 
If your stand is specially designed, it's important to comply with requirements that appear in the PRL tab.
 
If you need to contract catering or related services (coffee machines, fridges, etc.) please contact the person whose details appear in the Catering service tab  
 
In the  General information tab, you’ll find useful information like the access plan to the loading and unloading area, the address and instructions for receiving goods, the email address for contracting a specially designed stand and the Conference Centre's mandatory regulations.  
 
If you contract a modular stand and wish to personalise it, there is a section dedicated to this available once you select the event, number and name of the stand. Remember to bear in mind whether your stand is basic or standard, as there may be certain variations.
